SJC Ventures appoints Natalie Battisti as vice president of leasing

ATLANTA, Ga. — SJC Ventures, a premier Atlanta-based mixed-use, grocery-anchored retail and multi-family development firm, recently announced the appointment of Natalie Battisti as its new vice president of leasing to oversee all leasing operations for the firm.

With more than 15 years of experience, Battisti has a proven record of success in retail and restaurant leasing, specializing in various property types, including mixed-use developments, grocery-anchored centers, lifestyle hubs and enclosed malls.

Most recently, she served as the southeast vice president of leasing at Jamestown Properties overseeing Georgia, Florida and North Carolina. Battisti played a key role in the leasing of several high-profile projects, such as Ponce City Market, Westside Provisions, Buckhead Village and the historic redevelopment of Raleigh Iron Works. During her tenure at Jamestown, she leased over 440,000 square feet across diverse portfolios, including grocery-anchored assets.

Over the course of her career, she has contributed to major developments throughout the United States, working with notable tenants, such as Whole Foods, Sephora, ULTA, HomeGoods, Warby Parker, Lululemon and Rivian. Battisti has been recognized by peer groups and industry organizations, including being awarded the 2023 Globe Street Women of Influence Award for Broker – Landlord Agency Representation.

In her new role as vice president of leasing at SJC Ventures, Battisti will be responsible for leading the firm’s overall leasing efforts, including negotiations, and maintaining and expanding key relationships with tenants, brokers and partners.

Battisti received her bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance from Florida State University and graduated magna cum laude.
