Resident has signed on to join the diverse lineup at The Interlock, the $450 million mixed-use development in Atlanta’s emerging Westside neighborhood.
Resident has reimagined retail for the modern age. The 1,590-square-foot store will include curated products from loved brands like Nectar, DreamCloud, Awara and Bundle and offer an array of home furnishing products, such as bedding, mattresses, furniture, area rugs, home décor and other accessories.

Developed by S.J. Collins, The Interlock is a nine-acre community that is walkable from end-to-end. With a carefully curated and versatile mix of tenants, the community boasts 200,000 square feet of technology-focused office space, 105,000 square feet for retail and restaurant space, 349 luxury apartments and 18 townhomes as part of the Solis Interlock, 70 townhomes by Monte Hewett Homes and a 161-room Bellyard boutique hotel with a modern lobby, restaurant and bar.
